The bouncy, flute-driven production from Cookin Soul, whom Apex collaborated with on the March-released project, provides the perfect backdrop for the rhymesmith to bring his emphatic delivery to the track. “M.I.M.S” also sees Apex trying to “make it make sense” in a lighthearted manner, demonstrating an array of flows while doing so.
The visuals perfectly capture the vibe of the song too, balancing the playful atmosphere with psychedelic visual effects.
